While set up at last year’s show, our table was next to J Bruce Bogle, an artist who has recently worked over at Bluewater Productions. Over the course of the day, we saw him crank out many cool pinups and such, so it seemed like a no-brainer to get him to do us up a quick sketch of our favorite heroine.

]]>Under the banner of Micro Brew Comics, you can find the entire online pharmacy uk crew (and more) at tables 027-028. The writer of the series, Amy Riddle, will be running the booth and showcasing of the goodies to be had. She will be accompanied by series artist Ron McCain, who will be doing sketches and such all, as well as headlining a panel on how to go from script to art page.
As a special treat just for this show, we have printed up a special, tiny run of Artist Proof Editions of the first issue of the upcoming online pharmacy uk series.
online pharmacy uk is limited to only 25 copies, each one signed and numbered, and contains the entire issue, sans dialogue. Want to see Ron’s artwork in the buff, so to speak? Then this is your chance! Only $5 each, and only available at this show.

One of my favorite aspects of this image are the bloody wrappings. To me, they convey the message that Fawkes just got out of one serious scrape and is getting ready to head out to the next. As the saying goes… “Ain’t no rest for the wicked.”

]]>I was very pleased and excited to get this awesome sketch out of the blue the other day, and just had to share it’s awesomeness.
Dario has been a staple of Modern Pulp for many, many years. Besides having done the artwork on several of our online strips (and one still unpublished Lucifer Fawkes comic, the “Lost” episode!), Dario has helped create or refine the look for many of our characters.
Dario can be found online at his own website, . Check it out!
